looks like a kit to make a Beetle into a roadster... or whatever you call those old cars that are 2 seaters, had a long sloping back end, and then it angled up sharply behind the driver.
Looks like one of those awful Wizard Roadsters fibreglass kits...

A fibreglass Roadster conversion, was very popular up here some years ago, most of them had a low build quality..

The wet left rear quarter of a green kit car with bird poop on it..............and a pretty nice looking "cheapo" bug rim. Beads up water , pretty good, but the poop stuck nicely. Crappy looking deck lid hinges too............
