Got the case savers. Got the drill bit, 12mm... got a 3/8" drill :(
I now, of course, desperately need a larger, variable speed, drill :)
The never ending tools requirements...

Turn down the end of your drill bit, cheaper than a new drill.... (unless you really want one then :0) )

(I really want one... but Sonia has my tools budged on hold)
