What's your winter project?

So, what is everyone working on this winter? I'm going to hopefully finish my doorpanels and seats. My wife is being patient with them in our bedroom, but I'm sure she'd like them out of there. Then there is the motorcycle in the corner next to the dresser............

A motorcycle in the corner next to your dresser? Wow - my wife complains when I don't put my shoes away..

Tearing into the body of my bug. The pan is done in as much as I'll wait bolting things on until the body is ready to be bolted on. Doing one channel at a time, replacing some rotted out panels and will be fixing the A and B post.

Of course, my wife wants me to replace the upstairs bathtub and re-tile the bathroom, redo the dining room ceiling, some trim and re-paint 'everything', whatever that means. I'm taking bets on wins that tug of war..ehh, work. I put $10 on my wife..

I should have clairified that...I will be working on my doorpanels and seats AFTER I finish the walls and island in the kitchen, rebuild the laundry room, finish that walk-in closet, and replace the ceiling in the bathroom. Maybe next year:)

We're still going to be working on the new shop/garage. I had the building site all back filled & level a week ago. Then we got 6+ inches of rain in 24 hours. Lost about 1/3 of the building site and am having to refill and relevel.

My winter project is to sort out the left over bits from old projects and toss them so I can actually get my Bug in there when I need to work on it out of the weather.

Me, I have 2. I need to clear up the detail problems on my daughter's 72 Super (wiring, leaky brake resevoir, etc) and start tearing my 68 Firebird down to the bare body.

Add to that finishing my basement and 1 project pinball machine - winter should just fly by!

I'm finishing my remodeling project involving the kitchen, dinning, and formal living area. After that, then I am going back to working on the 1979 Porsche 924. Its my new project car. Hopefully I can switch to driving it as my daily driver in Spring.

I don't post, but I'd like to pipe up for this one. I'm putting together a turbo diesel rabbit engine to go into an '85 jetta. We love that car, but it spun a main bearing while my dad was flying down the highway. Hopefully I'll get it running before chrismas is out.
