I have been re-reading Hunter S. Thompson's books and noticed that he mentions a few times that he was driving his Volvo, which he described as restored and rebuilt, iirc. Anyone have any info on that car, or links to images? i posted the question over on th "gonzo" group...i will let ya kno if there are any "bites" or info barfed up over there....
my dad's friend used to know hunter and hang out w/him in the bay area and sonoma valley....but...sad to say, i don;t have his e mail or phone number... i'll bet he would know about sh^t like this...they hung out for years.... "back in the day".... cheers
