It should be in the roof, where there is a plastic cover.
Take it off and the sensor is in side.

The tilt sensor are placed in trunk and as I recall, it is mounted in the left side.

the small senson located in the dome light on the headliner is the one i needed replacement...i think the only other one is in the trunk...as mentioned already......the alrm going off on its own was drivin' me nuts...i had to get it fixed..... good luck !!!!
