My radio/stereo/tape system doesn't work all of a sudden. The light goes on on the screen but there is no read out whatsoever...no words like code, or tape, or cd or error, or anything? Does anyone know how to handle this? Perhaps reset the unit (how to do that?), or remove the unit and put it back in (how to do that?), or?
