can someone told where the I can find the "immobiliser button?"

I've given up on doing it in my 2000 S40. It doesn't cost a lot more to buy the bulb from a local service station and letthem install it.
Engineers have a saying: The guy who designed htis should have to repair it.
Every car I've, owned since my first one in 1947, has had some problem(s) like this.
