Hi,

I am about to order a new clutch for a golf gti (1.8T, year 2002). For comparison purposes, would someone be able to tell me what a re the specifications of the standard 1.8T clutch (i.e. max torque and max horsepower that it can handle) Any Advice for a good replacement sport clutch? The car still needs to be perfectly drivable in the street and by my wife so I am not looking for a race clutch ; ) Sachs seems to have some good sport clutch kit at a reasonnable price ($450) Any better sugestions ... ?

Thanks in advance,

FG
