removing glove box 92Jetta

Does anyone know the easiest way to remove the glove box from a 92 Jetta GL? There are 3 screws that are inaccessable...just curious if anyone has any ideas on this. Thanks.

have a 93box in and out all the time, you have to remove the lower shroud if your wondering how to remove the 3 screws with bolt heads.
