Water in trunk - 98 Jetta

New to us 98 Jetta is taking on water. Can't see any obvious entry points. Is there a likely place to look and plug?

Looks like it is on the passenger side - at least that is where the water seems to pool.

You might want to check the seals around the tail lights. As they age those gaskets don't seal as effectively as when they were new.
