Hi,
When I drive long distances the CD player of my Miata 2000 overheats to the point that it won't work anymore. After cooling down it works fine again. I tried to turn on the air conditioning and turn down the brightness of the instrument panel lighting but this didn't help.
Does anybody have the same problem? Is this caused by the way the radio is positioned in the car or can I get another radio that doesn't produce as much heat?
