Now I am not sure if this is a case of the previous owners of my car wiring the electric aerial up wrongly or not, but it certainly is a good health and safety point. What do you think .....?
When ithe ignition is turned on, the electric aerial rises from the rear nearside wing and when it is turned off the aerial retracts.
Yes, I know that is what is supposed to happen, but, with the ignition turned on todeay and aerial extended, I had to go into the boot. Upon opening the boot, the aerial retracted. Closing the boot, the aerial extended.
Like I say, a good health and safety point if strugling with heavy items else you could catch aerial and bend it.
