This is probably a lost cause. Porsche went on a similar rampage a few years back, trying to shutdown any and all websites who's URL's in any way associated them with the Porsche name. Even though many of those sites displayed disclaimers noting that they weren't in any way affliated with Porsche as a company, Porsche AG was succesful in shutting them down. One of the more noteable victims was Porsches.com (although the name was pluralized, it was far to similar to the corporate website at Porsche.com). The site still exists in some some sense, as it is now being hosted on one or two unassociated servers, and under different URLs. But Ben, the sites original creator and keeper, hasn't made any updates (at least, none that I've seen) since Porsche had his site shutdown.
