Trying to hook up trailer lights. Is there a connecter to plug in a taillight converter or do I have to splice into the wires? I am unable to find an adapter to use which would make me assume I must cut into the wires and use a universal converter.

yes there is a connector. try wal mart or auto zone or others. old john
