1995 Neon rear brake drum removal

Could someone enlighten me as to how you remove the rear brake drum on a 1995 Neon? I have a rear wheel that is binding and I am supposing it is either something in the brakes or the bearing...if anyone has an info relating to any of the above please reply here or via email.
