Final post on my PT mpg

Well, I was told that the calibers were hung up, you couldn't turn (revolve) the front wheels by hand. So the calibers, rotors and pads were replaced. Before this work was done, I checked the mpg and it was 12 mpg, this is driving in suburban Pittsburgh. The work was done, I filled up the tank and continued to drive in the same areas, in the same manner. Filled the Cruiser up again, 18 MPG! BTW, on the light side, my PT is a 2001 model. Wouldn't you think that at the top of a list of standard equipment on a car with the name of "Cruiser" would be...........Cruise Control? Nope, itt was an option. Still can't figure out Chrysler.
