Jeep Liberty heater/AC blower runs only on high (# 4 setting)

The blower runs only on high in my daughter's Jeep Liberty. Any ideas on the cause of this? Is it a part I could replace for her?

Sounds like a classic blower motor resistor. Easy to replace on most vehicles; don't know about the Liberty.
