Im now informed I was mistaken when I read some responses to my earlier question, and mistook casual legpulling for sniping. In my defence I can only say that when the old man watches reruns of Men Behaving Badly a good deal of that goes over my head too, and I didnt understand why he nearly burst into tears and said he'd lost his role models when they said they wouldnt be doing any more series. Im newish to this newsgroup scene and previously only posted in a rather more sober legal group. So, Im sorry for any offence. Can we draw a line under it now please, I really do need to get off the damn computer and get back in the kitchen ;o)

This group is quiet and a safe haven compared with some out there!
I think the tone of the later posts implied most have forgiven you! But don't abandon us, it takes alternative viewpoints to make a good discussion.
