I will be in the market in the coming year for a new F350 DRW Supercab. I tow a 35' 5th wheel RV. I presently use a 93 F250 460 E4OD. How is the new smaller PowerStroke diesel doing?
Are there any known problems with this new engine and the automatic transmission that it comes with?

I have a '03 6.0 with 5sp auto and it runs like a dream. Power galore, and quiet. My only disappointment so far is with fuel consumption. I'm getting about 14mpg around town running empty, and got 12mpg in 4wd during a recent snowstorm. Others in the group reported better mileage, so I think my expectations might have been too high.
