Will the rear end of a 94 Ranger 4x4 swap onto a 92 Ranger 2x4 without any trouble?

Depends, what are the engines? transmissions? Both years, the 2.3 and 3.0L came with the 7.5 axle and the 4.0 came with the 8.8. Make sure you get the U-Bolts and driveshaft that were with the new axle.
