are you actually suggesting that running your air conditioner will kill the world for your kids?
BUWHAHAHA!

Sorry, Earle... I choose to live in Austin, because I like it here. You might look at living somewhere where the folks agree with you more... __ Steve .
Bill, back in your cage! We'll ring the bell when inane time rolls around again. __ Steve .
Heterosphere Below an altitude of about 100 km, the Earth's atmosphere has a = more-or-less uniform composition (apart from water vapor) as described = above. However, above about 100 km, the Earth's atmosphere begins to = have a composition which varies with altitude. This is essentially = because, in the absence of mixing, the density of a gas falls off = exponentially with increasing altitude, but at a rate which depends on = the molecular mass. Thus higher mass constituents, such as oxygen and = nitrogen, fall off more quickly than lighter constituents such as = helium, molecular hydrogen, and atomic hydrogen. Thus there is a layer, = called the heterosphere, in which the earth's atmosphere has varying = composition. As the altitude increases, the atmosphere is dominated = successively by helium, molecular hydrogen, and atomic hydrogen. The = precise altitude of the heterosphere and the layers it contains varies = significantly with temperature.[2]
Above 100km altitude... that's pretty high up there.. in fact, it's above a major portion of the ozone layer, as evidenced by the second link. This means that part of the ozone layer lies below the Heterosphere, which means that the atmospheric mixing can carry CFC up to those heights. I told you you wouldn't want to understand... we all realize this. It's no longer=20 important what you say... just keep posting, and I'll keep making you look like a fool. __ Steve .
lol.....so youre suggesting that heavier only falls when its above 100km? BUWHAHA!
you made my point for me liberal. thanks. :-)
According to you. Please show cites proving fabrication of data. IOW, PPOSTFU.
BTW Nate, do you shut off the blowers when you get your sniffer out looking for leaks? According to your world view is should not matter. The refrigents will fall right through the turbulent air.
Thus explaining a lot.

What is that, High Mobility Coupling? Like a big double-thick steel-braided hose? We had two of those on the radiotelescope dish (they always come in pairs in your line of business!). Do you mean the coupling is in a pinch, or that you're in a pinch to replace it? __ Steve .
I thought he was going to attend Harvey Mudd College and study engineering:
You know, it's so funny that in this group, if someone wrongly posts a for sale item or whatever, they get blasted by half a dozen people, or reported for abuse to their ISP, for violating the charter of this NG, and yet this f$%king thread has gone on for weeks, and for hundreds of posts. Why don't you two take this garbage elsewhere. It looks like the people that do the "abuse reporting" are quite selective in who they report. This whole thread is very childish.
