Looks stout. Can't wait to get it installed and rid myself of that farting excuse for a header.Only thing I wish is that Banks would remove the millings. Took it out and instantly had a dozen metal splinters.
Got the Banks header in. :)

Yea, I'm not too worried about a set of tuned headers on an I6. Tuning is more for higher RPM horsepower anyhoo. Did turn up one interesting link while searching on the intake rail though, seems they changed to a better intake rail (equal distance) in later years. Not going to bother as it isn't a direct drop-in and requires re-doing the accessories to fit. Arg. And of course I don't save the link. :(
My main concern was fixing the header and getting something that hopefully will never have to be messed with again.

I think that one would probably end up right on top of the engine mount on the ZJ. At any rate it would need a new downpipe fabricated.
