Heater fan squeals in 93 Cherokee Sport

The heater fan in my 1993 Cherokee Sport squeals. I am guessing the motor needes to be replaced? If so, what would the approximate cost be?

Alldata says about $92 for the factory replacement motor, and .7 to install it.
