Installing Warn Manual locking hubs

I bought a set on ebay. Fedex tracking shows that they should be at my house within 4 hours time. Should I jack up the Jeep and put the front end on jackstands on the axle tubes to do this or can I just drive right into the garage, remove the six bolts from each side and yank the hubs and put the new Warn units in and bolt them into place without even jacking up the vehicle? Thank you.

I've replaced hubs in the field without jacking up the vehicle. Do one side at a time and be sure you have all the tools before you start (like snap ring pliers).

No jacking is needed. Just remove the 6 bolts that hold the hub caps on, and tackle whatever you find after that. You can drive into the garage if you want to, or you can do this job right in the driveway.

I thought you were getting the Superwinch Hubs.

Nice!

When I explode my next stock hub, I am getting a set of those.

Might as well look at the u-joints while you're in there too. I just did mine last night. I think dust would have just flown out of the wheel if I had shifted into 4....
