There is a 'flag' at the top for objectionable content to hit, but there doesn't seem to be a place to complain about the 'delivery' of such content.

blogspot is owned by google. We could complain to google, and they could ignore the complaints like google groups does.

Like most punks, they go away after a while if no one ever responds to them. Spammers stay in business due to the 1/2 % that is stupid enough to buy from them.
