I probably wouldn't use the alarm feature since I don't on my current Visor, so hopefully that wouldn't be a problem. I agree on the "simulate" mode, I never use it on my Garmin V either except to program it. I'd use a cradle at home, a car cord enroute, and the rest of the time, it would just be a Palm Pilot to me....except to show it off. :)
