The bastards alright today.

Left it 24hours, started it this evening. on the button, pinged up suspension failure for a nano second and then went away.

Jumped the 90 from it and shipped her up the the local garage for felltering.

Its gonna be one of those scary moments every morning start for the next couple of weeks, will she start or wont she.

Tim,

talking to a chum with a D3, and apparantly they suffer big time if the battery isn't tip top.

Yeah. I should of expected it really. Its like I dont bother repairing the rear washer anymore. I just know if I wait 2-3 weeks it will start working again.

Same as the passenger rear lock off the fob. Dealer says, "And you rear door doesnt open on the fob sir, that will be xxx amount", "na, just leave it mate, it will work next week"

Looking forward to getting the 90 back, I dont mind when bits dont work on that, you expect it. lol

Well with the engine running its only charging on around 13.8 which i thought a little low, but then it does have some serious electrics to run at the same time.

AND, I am on my second alternator, at 500quid fitted each. Water cooled nightmare that they are. so it SHOULD be ok in the charging deptarment.

Tim
