This is the outcome of Italian armed forces having *issues* [Its not just them, Ed.] with Defenders that they stupidly purchased.Bite them on the bum so they made their own, again.

Yes its out of Massif re Santana which FiatGroup is currently in the middle of buying outright. Now under Iveco and not Fiat label.

NOT powered by Transit! lol

Why get excited?

It's just a Ford copy of a Land Rover.

As for a military purchaser, as a general rule the military won't buy anything they can't stand their drinks on the front of.

If it looks like a landrover, smells like a landrover, drives like a landrover and has Landrover SIII parts on would it be fair to say........

They're both six or seven tonne light fighting vehicles.

What they're most certainly not is a 'car' designed for military use.
