He was there, he did the run in vehicle number 7. He's on route to Rory now ..... for a little holiday .. then he's off again ;-)

You're not wrong, I was a bit surprised to get down to the arena bit and find the usual run parking area full of trade stands! Ended up being squeezed inbetween the back of the traders and the roadway.

I lost count (and interest) after 30...

True, maybe they were remembering the good old route of old!

I found that using the correct foot on the wheel hub step made a huge difference to the success of getting in the cab, a bit like which foot to put in the stirrups first. All this is proportional to the number of people present, if no-one is around it is effortless, if several are watching then the crossing of feet and scraping of shins as you manouvre past the steering column becomes legendary. Add a video camera to the occasion and the hub steps become glass smooth as well.

Then, just when you think you have mastered it, someone gets you to look after a left hand drive 101 and it starts all over again.
