you could extend the legs, they're only thin tubular steel, so it'd not be hard to invent extensions.

I would guess the underpants part........ Doesn't take a rocket scientist to work that one out

Well it wasn't the part of the posting I was referring to anyway.
Cool!!! Should I paint Moprh projector screen white ? Or just equip him with terraced rows of cinema seats and stale popcorn ?
Lee D
Hanno has a roll-down screen on the side of his GS - but hold that idea of paining Morph white in the 'possibly to do' list ;-)
I like the seats idea, too... Hmmmmmmm...
Martyn
Hows about Hanno fixes up a Cannopy that would bridge 2 101 Ambis which have poles suspended roof to roof....that was the great british weather can do it's best tooLike a Big awning only bigger :-).... or even 4 Ambis..... :-) Nah...It would never work ;-)
Lee D
If you painted 4 101's white, and then stacked two of them on top of the other two, you'd have a lovely large screen area....

Do we have to paint our trucks pink and do bleach blond hair? Austin may be able to carry that off, but I have a slight problem with hair straighteners. Perhaps I could be Ken?

hiya Gary,
yes it is one and the same,
i suppose youll have put a couple of thousand miles on your hybrid by now,
hows everything, whats your latest project, and what do you know of half chassis replacements?????
ive got old chassis off and the new ones butted up to it, but im not all that convinced of my welding capabilities, a time served welders coming to look at it later to see if he wants to do it or not.
do you have a tip or two on lining new chassis up, length isnt much of a problem . But im struggling at the minuite with the up/down angles (if you know what i mean)
then not to mention refitting all the corroded ally that fell off in the removal of the tub, but, what the hell, its got to be done,
and who knows i might end up with a new designed hybrid that drives sideways !!!! cool for tight trials gates i suppose.
best wishes
andy

Is the rear bed off? if so it makes it soooo much easier. If it is off, I would either pack the rest of the chassis up till the main side rails were level, using a spirit level, then make sure the rear is the same, them measure diagonal etc, or run some lengths of angle iron back, parallel to the main rials and do the same for the new part.
Let me know how you get on, and if you want me to come and have a look give me a shout.
