New floor for 109

Nov 02, 2005 5 Replies

I need to replace the floor on my 109. Does anyone know where I can get a sheet of Ally (plain or chequer plate) about 2 mtrs by 36 in the south west london area (surbiton)

Thanks in advance

36m long floor? f*ck, that's a long LR...

Sorry. Should be 2 meters by 1 yard (36 inches)

I can see the other end of it here...

Just look up metal fabricators in the Yellow pages and phone round for a few quotes.

That was how I found a factory in Coventry that was willing to supply and cut all the stuff for my camper conversion, there are bound to be lots of them around if you look.

Youre using an interesting measurement there! metres x inches!

I may use some interesting measuremnts myself but i generally stick to either imperial or metric for one item ;)

Wouldnt it be easier to say 6 foot X 3 foot?. I'm pretty sure the 109 was made to be almost 6 exact feet long. My SWB is 4 foot..
