The window channel is held in with small screws, or more likely the remains of small screws! To get the glass out, slide it forwards and backwards to get access and find the screws and remove them at the top. Obviously when the top channel is out the glass will come out all by itself, so mind your toes!

Or in some cases won't come out, so you think it's solid, decide you have time for a quick slurp from the can and wallop tinkle ... one broken friggin' window glass that 'just dropped out' onto the only stone on your friggin' lawn ... ;)
