my disco 300tdi needs the paint smartening up a little in places. do land rover dealers sell the small touch up paint tins or does anyone know of anywhere online that sell it?

They do :-) Two little touch up tubes, one for the paint, and one for the laquer ;-)

About £12 IIRC from main dealer.
There's touch-up pencils and aerosols - around about £5.90 and £7.50 in that order, depending on the exact colour. Let us know which colour you want.

Must have seen you coming, I've got the paint and lacquer for the DII from the dealers and I'm sure it wasn't =A312. =A37 or =A38 I think.
No worries. ours is a three bottle pack, primer, paint and lacquer with brushes, scraper brush, emery 'foam' thing and other bits. We haven't opened it yet, but had it for ages ... just found it again and also just noticed it's actually from Halfords ... ;)
just looked under the body and there is a plate that says paint 970. its a greenish colour.
Paul whereabouts is that plate I checked my VIN plate and it only gives the chassis number which is a bit annoying Derek

STC1447VA Paint - Aerosol - Willow Green - Metallic (LRC970) or STC1447VT Touch-Up Pencil - Willow Green - Metallic (LRC970)

anyone know the shade of black for the bumpers mine has a few rust patches, might have a look in halfrauds and see what they have that might match.
