I think this sums up for the paraller universe between Lexus vs. Toyota line-up. Note that some Toyota's brands are no longer available in the international market, and some were created in Asia or other continents long before their introduction as Lexus in North America.

Correct. They can be found in the Caribbean with these names. Several have the steering on the right side of the vehicle.

The GS DOES NOT SHARE A PLATFORM WITH THE AVALON. Where did you get that bogus information? The damn near only thing they share is the fact they can both come XM ready.

the fact that they have different drivetrains is immediate departure of your theory. The GS is RWD or AWD, the Avalon is strictly FWD.

They are NOT the same platform.

the previous generation GS sedans shared a platform with the Toyota Aristo, its Japanese counterpart. GS does not, never has, and never will EQUAL AVALON.
