Can some one tell me the easiest way to take out the reversing light switch on an Astra as I cant get a spanner on the nut head as mine are all to long Any ideas please help

Can some one tell me the easiest way to take out the reversing light switch on an Astra as I cant get a spanner on the nut head as mine are all to long Any ideas please help
Borrow or buy a short rachet with required socket.
