Just got a clio 2001 dynamic diesel and the only readout on the digital odometer is the mileage, there is no bottom section where the trip mileage should be, there is only a capital M there instead. Have looked in the book and I should be able to change the trip meter by pushing the trip button and be able to cycle through various readings but nothing happens and I cant find ref to the letter M - has anyone any ideas please?

You pressing the right button? End of the right hand stalk - cycles through the options.
Thanks Dan I was pressing the button that reset the mileage - now pressed the correct one - hmmm my fault but at least I now know I can also see mpg which is showing 64.2 mpg!!!!
