the corsa has deveolped an all-new problem. Yay! Its difficult to start from both hot and cold, and idles oddly, sometimes nearly stalling or revving upto 2k then dropping or or generally not being 'right'. It also seems to have random amounts of engine braking, sometimes nothing - or very little - happens on release of accelerator, and sometimes it seems to lurch, which I assume is related to the idling problem.
Othertimes it idles fine.
its a 1.2 1999. any ideas of what it might be? idle control valve springs to mind! Any ideas of a likely cost to fix it? Or is there anything I can do to fend it off for a while, as I'm a bit whiped out with cash at the mo!
on a related note, anyone know of a good place I can get a rear wiper arm for it (its a 5 door)? Some drunken fool though mine was a leaning post and now it's bent...
