Looks very similar to what the guys at the station near me use to check tracking. If you have zero toe you should be fine assuming you dont have an annomaly in your tyre sidewalls and if the rear end is perfect. Unfortunately the rear on mine is fully adjustable too so that stuffs me up but you have given me some ideas.
