One day, when you've nothing better to do, go into a dealership and ask them what "SDi", and all the rest, stand for. It's more entertaining than text messages.

What's more fun is asking the VW salesman if the cooking model Lupos can handle, and listen to him tell you it has "legendary VW handling."
Take one out for a blat. Ideally with him in it.
Agree with the statement and hand the keys back.

For the Golf SDI to have 130 PS it'd need to have a 4 litre eight banger diesel donk . . .
You mean the TDI.
And, yes, they're quick in a straight line, but they're uninvolving on twisty bits and as soon as you depress the brake pedal, it stops squirting diesel into the engine, no matter what the accelerator pedal is doing . . . so you can't heel and toe in them. :(
