Dipping Lights

I'm just curious why it is that motor bikes can't dip their lights. Are they fitted with some Volvo-like wiring that leaves the lights on full beam even on a sunny day or is it something more fundamental?________

If you break the conventions of a newsgroup by, for example, posting www.HTML!.com , some people who aren't interested in what you are saying get upset cos they can't read it. If you break the conventions of the road by, for example, not dipping your lights or leaving fog lights on all the time, you cause physical discomfort and potentially cause injury.
