Electric Mirror Switch on 2001 Skoda Octavia

I've managed to break the electric mirror switch on my 2001 Octavia. It looks identical to the one on a MKIV Golf, if that's any help, like the one at the link below:

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the switch without taking the door card off? I've tried to prise it out gently, but to no avail.

Small flat screwdriver will remove the whole curved surround that borders with the door handle.

Ah. Thanks. Looks like I was trying to lever out the wrong bit. I was attacking the switch itself in the middle.
