Brake pipes are always a sod. I buy a big bag of fittings and a roll of pipe from my local car shop,and make my own up.

Even worse, rear suspension pipes on a Merc estate. They're 1/4" pipe with 12mm fiitings. Even with a proper brake line wrench they're a challenge. And there's no space to get a socket or grinder to them!

Done the old droplinks with the dremel. First time I've seen a ball joint fall apart as it was taken off the car. No wonder it was rattling. I'm beginning to explore the better handling I have now, and enjoying the quiet road travel. :-) Had a quick shot of the car without drop links fitted, just to see. Boy does it have a lot of body roll. Great fun. Feels better with the new ones on though. ;-)
