Does anyone know what might cause the following locking problem:
Using the IR remote, it unlocks every time, but only locks about 25% of the time. You can hear a click coming from the doors after pressing the lock button, but it doesn't manage to actually lock.
Because I can hear the click I'm assuming the fob battery is OK - seems to be something to do with the locking mechanism. It always works with the key though.
It's a '96 Honda Civic.
