Oil ~ quite thick gloopy stuff. Oil filter ~ Canister with paper with VERY SMALL holes. Plugs ~ Ones that provide a spark.

5W-30 grade oil (very important). Ford's own brand can be bought for £12 for 5 litres and is good quality.Motorcraft oil filter.
Motorcraft or NGK plugs gapped to 1.0mm
