Paint Job

Hello

Some lowlife scraped my bumper today at the Supermarket carpark (I wasn't there when it happened).

The bodywork on my car doesn't appear to be damaged. Problem is, whoever scraped it left their red and black paint on my paintwork. And I can't seem to shift it!

Any ideas..?

Help appreciated.

Vim, Ajax, or if you want to pay Halfrauds- T Cut. If it doesn't shift it completely don't worry about it, a car isn't a fashion accessory. DaveK

So if someone threw yellow and pink paint over the front of your house (assuming your house isn't already yellow and pink), you'd make a half arsed attempt to get rid of it, then say "Ah well, a house isn't a fashion accessory" and just leave it? Oddly enough, some people have different ideas to you, and yes, even take pride in their cars *cue shock horror*.

But to the OP, try T-cut, you can get it from any car accessories shop, not just Halfords, and its also good for getting any little scratches out and making your paint seriously shiny - although don't use it too often, cos what its actually doing is removing the top layer of the paint (very, very, very thin layer, but still...).

Cheers - will dab some T-cut on ASAP, once I've stolen my Dad's bottle.

Fashion accessory... Hmmm.

I haven't got 'phat' 19's on the Civic yet - but I still like it to look clean & respectable! :o)
