Renault Megane 1.4rt Brakes Problem

Just taken Megane for MOT and failed on one thing cant seem to find where the problem is and have no manual to show me can anyone help problem is brake load sensing valve linkage seized?

quite common on the renaults the linkage arm siezes on the pins, try some wd40 and move it back and forth from underneath the car it should free it off, if not your looking @ approx £100, i did one last week but all the pipes were siezed into the valve, pain in the arse it was as well.

Great thanks very much only problem is cannot seem to find where it is have jacked car up and have got someone to put handbrake on and off and cant find where the problem is any ideas?

back of the car on the right hand side, going towards the front, you will see a valve block with a rod and spring attached to it and four pipes coming out of it, thats the compensator valve,the bit thats seized is the actuating arm,, it should move slightly when the footbrake is applied on and off, so using the handbrake wont help.
