Windscreen wipers not working

Peugeot 406, R reg.



Windscreen wipers have stopped working. I thought the first thing to do would be to check the fuse. The fuse box is in the engine compartment.


I have looked at the fuse tables in the Handbook but can't see any reference to windscreenwipers.



Presumably they would have a fuse?



Any ideas?

it is in the fuse panel inside the car, fuse 24. under the dashboard somewhere

I eventually found the under dash fuse panel, well hidden it was. Fuse 24 was blown.
