how to replace a fuse in a mazda miata for cooling fans

My car is heating when in idle. Is it a fuse issue, not activating the cooling fans? 1992 Mazda Miata, standard.

Why not look and see if the fan is running when the car is hot?

I'll bet it's the thermostat that's stuck in the closed position. Not difficult to replace.
