We now own a Miata with power windows. Are they naturally slow in comparison to other cars? This Miata is a 95... Tom
If you don't lube the tracks fairly soon, you may end up with replacing a window motor or part of the window regulator (Cable). Grease is a lot cheaper!

Something else that helps is a little silicon on the rubber track at the front of the window.
