The Mitsubishi service manual.
I just bought a 99 Galant manual on CD on ebay for $8, free shipping. Can't go wrong at that price...

thanks! i ordered one from -usa_auto_manuals- . its also a CD but im not sure if its really 2000 galant or maybe 1999-2001 or something.
